     If you plan to arrive in the morning to see the Wheelchair Tennis Tournament, please RSVP for lunch

    Conference Check-in & Registration at the Fairfield Inn & Suites

  • 3:30 pm & 4:00 pm Historic Downtown Rome Trolley Tour
    The trolley tour will depart promptly at 3:30 pm & 4 pm, each tour is limited to 30 people (tour includes time at the Rome Area History Center). The trolley will depart and drop-off from Fairfield Inn & Suites

  • 3:30 pm - 6:15 pm - Rome Area History Center
    If you skipped the trolley tour, you can still enjoy complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks, snacks; and self-guided tours of the center

  • 6:30 pm - Evening Dinner & Social
    Join us for complimentary dinner and fun on the patio at Fairfield Inn & Suites

  • 7:00 pm - Spirit Pull
    Bring $20 to participate in the Spirit Pull 

  • 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Karaoke & Patio Games 
    The fun continues and the hotel bar is open until 10:00 pm.
